Who we are. Lovingly Written operates Lovingly Written (https://lovinglywritten.org).

What we collect. The answers you give in our forms, any photo you upload, your email address, and payment confirmation details from PayPal (we never see your card number). We also use cookies for analytics and advertising measurement if you allow them.

Why. To write and deliver your texts, to email you about your order, to prevent misuse, and — with your consent — to measure how our site and advertising perform.

How long. Your answers, photos and texts are deleted automatically 30 days after purchase (or 30 days after you started, if you didn't buy). You can delete them sooner using the link in every email. We keep a minimal payment record as required for accounting.

Who we share with. Our hosting provider, our email provider, PayPal for payment, and Anthropic (Claude API) to prepare the text. Anthropic does not use API data to train models by default. We never sell your information.

Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your information, correct it, or delete it by writing to [email protected]. UK residents may also complain to the ICO.
